Well... went for training last Sunday... so I skipped CYYAM... no choice... sorry guys... was okay lah... use my boots for the 2nd time already... heard that going to Taiwan with the Lims family... wohoo!! except Wei seng, Wei hong's bro won't be going... cause heard that he is having exams... Heng yi's parents will be going too... watches The Lord of the Rings... an amazing movie... you guys should catch it too... on DVD or VCD that is... It's about a ring... forged by the dark lord Sauron... made for power, so that he could use it to conqer the whole of Middle-earth... but once... the master ring was taken from him... by a King named Isildur... when he had the chance to destroy it... he didn't... taken by his greed... he took it... eventually... that fight that let Sauron lost his one ring let to the last alliance between elves and men... Isildur eventually lost his life... and the one ring was lost... until it was found again and somehow... a hobbit named Frodo got it... and was sent by Gandalf on a difficult journey to Rivendall... there is where they formed a fellowship to on a quest to journey on to Mount Doom in Mordor to destroy the ring... On the way... they met many difficulties... and soon, the fellowship broke up... the lost of Gandalf and the death of Boromir proved it... I've learned maybe good things though... perseverance... and friendship...it also taught me that no matter who you are... there are many things that you could do... many great quoted from there...
Sam:It's like in the great stories Mr Frodo, the ones that really mattered. Full of darkness, and danger they were, and sometunes you didn't want to know the end, because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was.... when so much bad has happened, but in the end, it's only a passing thing... this shadow, darkness, must pass. A new day will come. and when the sun shines, it will shine clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you, that meant something even if you were too small to understand why, but I think, Mr Frodo, I do understand, I know now, folks in those stories, had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't, and they kept going... because they were holding on to something...
Frodo:What are we holding on to, Sam?
Sam:that there's some good in this world, Mr Frodo and it's worth fighting for...
